On June 22nd Squad 35 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident wiht one patient. Upon arrival of rig 357 it was determined the patient was entraped inside the vehicle. 357 Requested extrication. Sations 40 and 41 and members of the Squad 35 extrication team responded. Rescues 4003 and 4187 responded as well as Chief 4100 and Assistant Chiefs 4010 and 4110. Rescue 3 began poping door while rescue 87 cribed vehicle and secured battery. Rig 356 responded with additioanl manpower. 2nd Sgt 354 arrived on scene and assumed EMS command. The victim was removed by rig 357's crew and transported. All units cleared.
