On mothers day Squad 35 as well as Stations 40 and 41 responded to the area of 2812 River Road, for a reported one vehicle accident with entrapment. Upon arrival of patrol they advised of 1 victim trapped inside SUV. Upon arrival of Ems Captain 350, command was established. 2nd Sgt Jim Garon arrived on location and began to establish extrication operations. Rescue 359 arrived on location as well as rig 357 and truck 355. Rescue 4003 and 4187 arrived from the fire department. 359's crew began extrication and were able to pop the driver side front door in 5 minutes. 4003's crew assisted in securing the battery and assisting 359. 4187 crew had fire extinguishers and stood by for any problems. Engine 4011 arrived shortly thereafter. Victim was removed from the vehicle and transported to Ocean Medical Center in Brick Township. Ems Command terminated.
